Malala Yousafzai’s statement about marriage during an interview with British fashion magazine Vogue has been criticized and is one of the top trends on Twitter in Pakistan.
During the interview, Malala said, “I don’t understand why people get married.” If you want to make someone a part of your life, why do you need to sign marriage papers? Why can’t it be a partnership?

Actor Feroz Khan shared the cover of Vogue magazine calling Malala a puppet.
Sharing photos of Malala, Rabi Pirzada wrote, “Sister, I have given up music, but
when I saw you, I remembered the late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.”
“We Muslims don’t talk abusive or immoral, we just hope that if you don’t like the culture of religion, don’t represent religion,” he said. May Allah guide us all, no one is perfect.
Actress Amna Bukhari also reacted to Malala’s statement through her Instagram story.
“It is a shame,” he wrote, “that Malala denied the basic principles of the family system that Islam has made obligatory. As I have mentioned in my previous stories, Malala is a puppet in the hands of the West.”
